Mrs. Paula K. Watts is a Federal Procurement Strategist and a Certified Contracts Specialist. She is also the founder and CEO of the Government Procurement Innovators, LLC (GPI).  

Early in her career, Mrs. Watts owned and operated a successful business which under her leadership was awarded approximately $15 million in contracts through SBA’s 8(a) Business Development Program. 

Mrs. Watts exited the business in 2005 and joined the SBA in 2008.  

During her outstanding tenure as a SBA Business Opportunity Specialist, Mrs. Watts successfully assisted multiple 8a firms in their quest to obtain multi-million-dollar federal contracts. 

Her unique combination of private sector and SBA experience equips her with a 360-degree vantage point and an in-depth understanding of the government contracting arena which she uses to her clients’ advantage.  

Mrs. Watts brings a wealth of experience and strategic guidance to AIM Solutions. 

Mr. James Redmon, Sr. has over 40 years of experience in executive leadership for MICOM, AMCOM, Aviation and Missile Research, Development And Engineering Center (AMRDEC), US Army Research, Development And Engineering Command (RDECOM), Engineering Directorate Redstone Arsenal, Alabama

Chief, Quality Management Division (Retired) 

With full authority to make commitments and decisions which were binding on the Division and Directorate, he was responsible for planning, managing, directing, and reviewing the work of a staff of 70 to 80 highly skilled technical specialists through subordinate supervisors who were accomplishing the Quality Assurance objectives for all United States Army Missile and Aviation Weapon Systems. 

This program included such functions as: Product Quality Management Programs, Product Evaluation Programs relating to the pre-production and production of missile and aviation items, pre and post–award surveys, and inspection of contractor plants, depots, arsenals, proving grounds, and other facilities. 

His extensive subject matter expertise and commitment to quality will help AIM Solutions accomplish its mission with excellence.
