The AIM Presdent/CEO, Sandra Brazelton, MBA, infuses ingenuity, accountability, and excellence using her diversified expertise from 30 years of federal, commercial, and business success.  Mrs. Brazelton has a real-world understanding of the challenges facing our war fighters from a practical, technical, leadership, and business perspective. 

She provides strong servant leadership, business, and technical acumen from 30 years of experience as an engineer in private industry and as a civil service engineer.

Her key experience includes international support of U.S. Army live missile testing at Kwajalein Atoll at the Reagan Test Facility Base as a resident.
 

Her project and program management experience includes DOD missile system development of THAAD, EKV, GBR, GBI, Battle Management.  She also supported space shuttle operations for NASA.
 

She briefed Generals, program managers, and directors. She also managed the team as lead engineer for contract evaluation, logistics management, software development, design reviews, source selection evaluation, and system testing. 

Her executive leadership experience comes from Senior Executive leadership training and extends to her success as a 30-year CEO in business, engineering, real estate, training, education, information technology, leadership, facility management, and consulting. 

Sandra Brazelton is a graduate of Leadership Huntsville and the Huntsville Alabama Catalyst Center Entrepreneur of the Year. She is the author of nine books that crack the code on business and personal success.
 

Her team was selected by a government contractor to successfully manage approximately $10  million dollars in assets.
